Investment Opportunities

The owners of The Nurturing Nook, Leanne Temple and Julie Wear, have designed an investment package for friends and acquaintances.  We would like to have the opportunity to be as successful as possible, but need financial assistance.  We would prefer to offer this chance to the people that know us and may have listened to us talk about opening the store for quite a while now.

Of course, we’ll accept any amount of money you are willing to lend us.  The packages we have set up are for investment increments of $5,000.  Certainly, we can work the numbers for amounts below and above that.

 

Proposal A

For an investment of $5,000, we will pay 8% interest.  We will begin repaying funds after 6 months and will return your entire investment including interest within 2 years from the first payment.

 

Proposal B

For an investment of $5,000, we will pay 9% interest.  We will begin repaying funds after 12 months and will return your entire investment including interest within 2 years of the first payment.

 

Proposal C

For an investment of $5,000, we will pay 10% interest.  We will begin repaying funds after 18 months and will return your entire investment including interest within 2 years of the first payment.

 

Either of these two proposals are offering higher interest rates than regular 2-year CDs.
